The maps linked to from this key map were prepared with the most up to date information available at the time. New data acquired through ongoing studies, site visits and technological advances are used in the update process. As a result, newly acquired data may result in changes to the current mapping. In the event of any discrepancies between the mapping and the actual features on your property, the text of Ontario Regulation 179/06 prevails.

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure our mapping is consistent with the text of the Regulation, regular updates are required. The last major update in April 2019 involved revising the regulation mapping based on Ministry of Natural Resources (MNRF) wetland revisions, floodpla​in and watercourse revisions.

With the passing of Bill 23, More Homes Built Faster Act, there are several changes that have impacted our permitting role as well as our work in planning and development reviews.

Office Hours

We highly recommend making an appointment in advance to ensure there is staff available to help you.
