On the Shore

Healthy shorelines are a vital connection between land and water. Whether you live along the shore, or have a stream, creek or river running through your property, protecting the shoreline or streambank can restore your property and enhance your view.

Whether you’d like to plant trees and shrubs to prevent erosion and improve water quality, or naturalize your streambank with wildflowers and birdboxes, we have funding for you!

We have funds available to help you:

  • Stabilize your streambank naturally and securely
  • Beautify your view with overhanging trees and shrubs to create shade and attract wildlife
  • Reduce shoreline erosion and your risk of flooding with beautiful trees and shrubs
